At Catha, each piece is crafted with precision and care to reflect our commitment to timeless elegance and quality. We stand behind our craftsmanship, but due to the nature of our products, our return policy is limited. Please review the following terms carefully before making your purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

It must include all original packaging, labels, and accessories.

Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or production-related issues.
Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage not caused by manufacturing will not be accepted for return or refund.
2. Return Process
To request a return:

Include your order number, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the return shipping address.
Please note:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service; Catha is not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.
3. Inspection & Approval
All returned products will be carefully inspected upon arrival.
If the return meets the above conditions and the defect is verified as a manufacturing issue, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
If the product shows signs of use or is not in its original condition, the return will be declined and the item will be sent back to you.
4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Shipping costs and customs duties (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Catha does not offer exchanges or store credits at this time.
5. No Warranty
Catha products are handcrafted with great attention to detail; however, we do not provide warranties on our products. Natural variations in materials and finishes are considered part of their unique beauty, not defects.
6. Final Sale Items
All sale, discounted, or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
