At Catha, every order is carefully prepared and packaged with the same attention to detail that defines our craftsmanship. We currently ship exclusively within the United States. Please review the following information regarding our shipping process and delivery expectations.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including the District of Columbia.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note:

  • During high-demand periods or special launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.


3. Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.
Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and selected delivery method.

Typical delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

All orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
You can monitor your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

5. Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate before completing your order.
Catha is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, reshipping fees may apply.

For your security, all orders are subject to verification.
If additional information is required, our team will contact you via email before your order is processed.


7. Pre-Orders & Special Releases

If your order includes pre-order items, shipping dates will be specified on the product page.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together once all items are available.
